Leaders from Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Cuba will attend. Slovakia’s Prime Minister Robert Fico is the only EU leader confirmed. Hungary and Bulgaria are sending representatives.
Kim’s presence shows North Korea’s closer alignment with China and Russia. The gathering highlights Beijing’s strategy to become a hub for alternative global alliances.
