Now divide the number by the square of your weight in kg. The quotient is your BMI.
Normal BMI is 18.5 to 24.9. A BMI between 25 and 29.9 means you are overweight or overweight. And if the BMI is 30 or more, then you are overweight or obese. For Asians, however, a BMI greater than 23 is considered overweight.

The balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body is destroyed. Sudden stroke can also occur during sleep due to disruption of oxygen supply to the brain. Normal movement of an obese person is also restricted. The knee joint wears down quickly due to excess weight. Deterioration of the knee joint is called osteoarthritis. As a result, climbing the stairs or going up to a higher place is a serious problem. It is difficult to climb small heights including rickshaws, footpaths. Obese people are also at a higher risk of developing gallstones. Researchers believe that some cancers are also related to obesity.
