Shaun and Valerie Alexander, married in 2002, already have an impressive family of 13 children: 10 daughters and three sons. Their children are Heaven, Trinity, Eden, Joseph, Justus, Temple, Honor, Jedidiah, Torah, Eternity, Hosanna, Hope, and Judea. Tragically, their ninth child, Torah, passed away just 70 days after birth in 2017.

During the interview, Alexander revealed, “We’re just now starting to tell people, but No. 14 is in the belly.”

From NFL Stardom to Family Life

Shaun Alexander is best known for his incredible career as the Seattle Seahawks’ star running back. From 2000 to 2008, he consistently dominated on the field, rushing for over 1,100 yards in five consecutive seasons. His standout year came in 2005 when he earned NFL MVP honors, tying the single-season record for rushing touchdowns with 27 and setting a record for total touchdowns from scrimmage with 28—a record broken the following year by LaDainian Tomlinson.
