Trump Venezuela warning: Trump threatens “incalculable” consequences if Venezuela refuses to take back migrants amid rising U.S.-Venezuela tensions. Tensions between the United States and Venezuela escalated further as former President Donald Trump issued a strong warning to Caracas over the handling of migrants, calling the potential consequences “incalculable.”

Trump’s Strong Warning on Migrants

Trump, through his Truth Social platform, demanded that Venezuela immediately take back immigrants he described as “prisoners” and “people from mental institutions.” He claimed without evidence that Venezuela had forced such individuals into the U.S., causing harm to “thousands of people.”

“GET THEM OUT OF OUR COUNTRY IMMEDIATELY, OR THE PRICE YOU PAY WILL BE INCALCULABLE!” Trump wrote, emphasizing the seriousness of the situation.

Rising Military Tensions in the Caribbean

The warning came just a day after the U.S. conducted another strike on an alleged drug trafficking vessel in the Caribbean. Trump described the strike as targeting “male narcoterrorists,” resulting in the deaths of three individuals.

In response, Venezuela accused the United States of waging an “undeclared war” and called for a United Nations investigation into multiple U.S. attacks on Venezuelan boats, which have killed at least 17 people since the start of September 2025.

Massive U.S. Military Deployment

The U.S. has deployed seven warships, a nuclear-powered submarine, and F-35 stealth fighters to international waters off Venezuela’s coast. Additional F-35s were sent to Puerto Rico, marking the largest U.S. naval deployment in the Caribbean in recent years.

While Washington maintains that the operation targets drug trafficking, legal experts warn these strikes could constitute extrajudicial killings due to lack of verified evidence.

Maduro Mobilizes National Militia

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has responded by mobilizing over four million members of the National Bolivarian Militia, a civilian reserve force, to defend national sovereignty. The Bolivarian National Armed Forces also began nationwide drills to train citizens in weapon handling and military preparedness.

Maduro continues to deny any links between his government and drug trafficking, despite Washington’s reward of $50 million for information leading to his arrest.

Attempts at Diplomacy Amid Conflict

Despite escalating tensions, Maduro has expressed willingness for dialogue with the U.S. A personal letter sent to Trump earlier this month called for “direct and frank” talks to overcome misinformation and build a peaceful relationship.

“President, I hope that together we can defeat the falsehoods that have sullied our relationship, which must be historic and peaceful,” Maduro wrote in the letter.

Digital Tensions

In a parallel development, Maduro’s YouTube channel was unexpectedly removed. Venezuelan sources criticized the move, suggesting it was part of a broader U.S. hybrid warfare campaign.
