Football icon Cristiano Ronaldo is officially engaged to his long-term partner Georgina Rodríguez after nearly nine years together.

Rodríguez confirmed the news on Instagram, sharing a close-up photo of a diamond ring with the caption in Spanish: “Yes I do. In this and in all my lives.” The post instantly went viral, attracting millions of likes and congratulations from fans and celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Piers Morgan, and Lauren Sanchez-Bezos.

The couple first met in Madrid when Rodríguez was working at a Gucci store and Ronaldo was playing for Real Madrid. They now share two children, including daughter Bella, born in April 2022. Rodríguez also helps raise Ronaldo’s three other children from previous relationships.
